Matt helped us purchase our house in The Lincoln district of Tacoma back in March! He was extremely helpful, kind, and knew what to do and when. He came with us to see so many houses our eyes were crossed! Once a house popped up we liked, he was on top of it and we were able to see it very quickly. Matt knew all the nuances that come with old Tacoma houses, knew which questions to ask, and was able to provide resources when needed.
